We offer a variety of classes 7 days a week.  From Pilates Reformer and Mat, Cardio Jump and Barre, to Yoga and Yamuna Body rolling.  Class sizes are small to ensure a safe, personalized experience. 



This versatile piece of equipment uses springs and a gliding carriage to create an endless amount of exercises and variations.  Great for those who are new to Pilates or the professional athlete our reformer classes offer something for everyone. 

All - Level Reformer

Our all level reformer class is perfect for everyone! With small class sizes we'll make sure you feel safe if newer to Pilates and add challenging modifications if you're a Pilates pro.  Classes will give you well rounded workout that includes core, arms, legs and back. 

Advanced Reformer

With a quicker pace and more challenging exercises, this class explores the advanced Pilates repertoire. 

Refomer Jump

Adding the reformer jump board to the foot of the machine allows you to jump the carriage out and in giving you a fun, challenging workout for your legs, arms and abs. 

Reformer Foundations

Perfect for those new to Pilates, recovering from injury or who want to explore the basic principles with a slower pace. 



The Pilates tower, or Springboard mimics the vertical frame of a cadillac with springs attached to a wall.  It allows for many variations in laying, sitting or standing positions and provides a great, functional workout. 

All - Levels Tower

Using springs, roll down bar and push-thru bar this class will provide a functional workout you can apply to your skiing, hiking and cycling. 


A challenging, quick pace class combining the best of Pilates with the best of barre. 



Mat, Yoga & Yamuna Body Rolling 

Our mat classes are an amazing part of our studio and can be the perfect complement to your equipment classes and other activities. 

All - Levels Mat

Come see why Pilates Mat is just as hard, if not harder then the equipment.  Explore the classic Pilates Mat exercises with lots of fun modifications and props. 

Beginner Mat

The perfect class to explore the basic principles of Pilates and the foundational Mat exercises. 

Gentle Restorative Yoga

Come end your week with a gentle yoga practice with lots of stretching and restorative poses. 

Yamuna Body Rolling
