Private sessions are a great way to introduce yourself to the Pilates method and help us better asses your needs and goals. We also offer semi-privates which allows you to grab some friends and enjoy pilates together.

Love Pilates and want to dive in a little deeper? Privates are a great way to explore the method with the one on one guidance of the instructor. Privates can help you tackle those difficult exercises you struggle with in class or help you discover movmentment patterns or compensations that are affecting your workout.
