Our Mat classes are based on the classic Pilates repertoire and sprinkled with fun variations and props to provide a challenging, full body workout that takes place entirely on the mat.  Classes focus on strengthening the core while practicing mindful breathing and moving with ease.  


The Towers (or Springboard units) attach to the wall to mimic many Cadillac and Reformer exercise done on the machines.  With the use of springs attached to these boards we are able to target more specific muscles groups while emphasizing flow, control and precision throughout the whole body.  Space is limited to 5 participants.  


The Reformer is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment and is a great machine to work on the foundations of Pilates while adding lots of exercise variety and variations.  This class will address all major muscle groups and balance strengthening work with active lengthening to achieve full range of motion and movement awareness.  Space is limited to 5 participants.   

Reformer Jump

This class takes the traditional reformer class and combines it with the Pilates Jump Board.  This intense class with kick up you heart rate (for you cardio junkies) as it develops strength, hip stability, big time footwork and of corse coordination! Small class size enables your instructor to modify exercises for each student.  Space is limited to 5 participants.  

Yamuna Body Rolling

Using specially designed small balls, this class is focused on releasing tension, elongating muscles and realigning the body. Body rolling can be used before or after workouts, during travel, in bed, or at the office.  It is the perfect personal practice to compliment any of your other activities; it can help you heal from injuries, prevent new ones and bring the body back to a place of balance and ease.   All levels welcome.  Space is limited to 8 participants.  

Functional Stretch Class

Improve your flexibility, reduce stress, lubricate your joints, enhance your immune system and increase spinal flexion and extension with functional stretching. Promotes well-being, balanced strength and mental focus while integrating conscious breathing into your practice.  Concise, systematic instruction allows students to perform each stretch in an anatomically intelligent way to avoid injury and pain.  Props will be introduced to maximize safe progression and support.  *Please inform instructor if you are injured, pregnant or menstruating before class.  

Gental & Restorative Yoga

This class is open to all levels wanting a slower, more relaxed pace of class focusing on simple movements to increase and utilize range of motion of the major joints. This class is suited for those recovering from injury, dealing with high stress, general stiffness, arthritic conditions or having a lower energy day. Postures are presented in gradual steps making it ideal for those wanting plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition with encouragement to make moment-to-moment adjustments. Stretch and strengthen with this nurturing class for flexibility, balance, and well-being.
