Classes 

We offer a variety of classes 6 days a week.  From Pilates Reformer and Mat, Cardio Jump, Barre, and Yamuna Body Rolling.  Class sizes are small to ensure a safe, personalized experience. 

 
 

Reformer 

This versatile piece of equipment uses springs and a gliding carriage to create an endless amount of exercises and variations.  Great for those who are new to Pilates or the professional athlete, our reformer classes offer something for everyone. 

All Level Reformer

Our all level reformer class means everyone can move with confidence, while getting a well rounded workout focusing on biomechanics, range of motion and control. We layer challenges and modifications into each exercise series so you can scale up, scale back or stay steady to meet your body’s current needs. We’ll challenge participants to explore how their bodies move through different planes, and with different weights to better understand how and why we move. For those currently navigating acute injury, or significant movement restrictions, we recommend trying our Beginner/Level 1 classes.

Beginner Reformer - Level 1/1.5

This class introduces the Pilates method and foundational exercises in a more supportive, slower paced environment. We’ll discuss breath, alignment and movement mechanics while building confidence on the machines.  This class is an ideal step for clients transitioning from our post-rehab privates, those new to Pilates, or those needing more individualized guidance with intentionally chosen exercises that respect bone density concerns, scoliosis, neck and spine issues and other movement limitations.  

Athletic Reformer - Level 3

Athletic Reformer is an advanced, challenging workout for experienced practitioners focusing on core power, full body integration and complex movement patterns. We integrate advanced Pilates exercises with endurance intervals - all rooted in control and precision. The goal? To bring more aligned, efficient, and intentional movement into your athletic endeavors - leading to fewer injuries, smarter training and an overall stronger, more resilient body.

Reformer Jump - Level 3

The versatile jump board turns your Reformer into a cardio machine. Think rebounding intervals that boost the heart rate, fire up legs, glutes, and core and support lymphatic circulation - without harsh impact on the joints. A dynamic mix of Pilates principles + HIIT vibes (not 55 min of jumping we promise!) that still honors form and control.  If you are currently navigating an injury or notable movement restrictions our All Level or Level 1/1.5 classes are the better option. 

Reformer Sculpt

A low impact workout done on the reformers with small props.  Simple movement and cues allows you to enjoy this Pilates and barre inspired workout while listening to music!

Tower 

All Levels Tower

Utilizing the Pilates Springboard, a vertical wall unit with springs attached, that mimics the vertical frame of a Cadillac. This class allows more access to standing and weight bearing exercises and is great for improving balance and athletic performance.

Mat & Yamuna Body Rolling 

Our mat classes are an amazing part of our studio and can be the perfect complement to your equipment classes and other activities. 

Pilates Mat Fusion

This class blends elements of the Pilates mat exercises, with dance, yoga and barre.  Taught with small props and music!   

Yamuna Body Rolling

Developed by Yamuna Zake, this small ball technique uses weight bearing into the bones and attachment points of muscles to release tension and help realign the body.  Learn more about Yamuna Body rolling here.
