Pilates is a safe and effective way to stay in shape during pregnancy and help prepare your body for labor, delivery. Classes follow all the guild lines set by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and will teach you specific strengthening and stretching exercises to support you and your growing baby. Each class will use a combination of various props and equipment to help keep you feeling supported and safe. All trimesters and abilities are welcome!
8 week Spring series
March 8th - April 26th 2018

This series is geared towards postpartum mothers who are looking to restore strength and function of deep abdominals and pelvic floor, and aiding in diastasis recti recovery. Open to mothers at least 8 weeks postpartum. Please talk to your doctor about when to resume exercise if recovering from a cesarean section, and call us with any questions or concerns.

mom & baby Pilates
Sundays 1:30pm beginning March 18th
Bring your little one to class for some gentle movement and bonding time! Essential mat exercises will be introduced to get the core activated and the body moving, with plenty of time allowed for feedings, diaper changes and playing. Open to babies 8 weeks and older.
$16/per class or $70 for 5 Punch (Punch cards can be used for all other mat, yoga or Yamuna Body rolling classes at Pilates Durango).
