Yamuna Foot Fitness is now at Pilates Durango! I was so excited to finally take this training over the summer and can't wait to share it with you all! Yamuna Foot Fitness was developed by Yamuna Zake and follows the same principles of her Body Rolling work which focuses on bone stimulation, muscular release, repatterining and alignment. The foot work is done with small, knobby domes called Foot Wakers and helps to strengthen and correct all areas of the foot. This work is excellent for all kinds of foot conditions such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, hammertoe, fallen arches, and neuromas. Many times pain or discomfort found elsewhere in the body can be traced back to a dysfunction in the foot. By releasing and retraining the ankles and feet we can teach the lower body to provide the support we need to keep us walking, running, hiking and enjoying life!

- 1/2hr Private Foot Sessions with Marisa, by appointment only. $30
- Weekly Yamuna Body Rolling Class, Mondays 9:15am - 10:30am
I'll be adding extra time to the weekly rolling class to work on the feet. Price for this class with remain the same as a mat class.
- December Foot Fitness Workshop
Special Saturday Workshop focusing on releasing all muscles through the lower leg and feet. With special routines on the foot wakers to reeducate and strengthen the foot. Saturday December 9th, 10am - 12pm. Reserve your spot online and contact me with any questions or concerns.
