For the next two months we're focusing the Saturday Yamuna Body Rolling workshops on all our outdoor sports and adventures. Check out this two part series to keep your body feeling good through the hot summer months!
July 8th - Summer Rolling Series Part One - Running, Hiking & Cycling
In this first part of our special Summer Rolling series we will focus on the most overused muscles and common movement patterns seen with cyclists and runners. We'll spend time releasing hip flexors, working the alignment of the knee and ankles, and elongating the spine. Also great for walkers, hikers or anyone experiencing tight hips and legs!
August 12th - Summer Rolling Series Part Two - Golf, Tennis & Swimming
The second part of the series will have special focus on sports that require more spinal rotation, and dominant playing sides. Shoulder and hip connection will be released to allow for greater range of motion and power. This class is also wonderful for those who feel imbalances through the torso and want to create more space in the spine.
