Happy Pilates Day from all us at Pilates Durango! This can be a busy time with end of school year activities filling up our schedules and as we gear up for summer it's important to make a little time to move and breath, to center our bodies and our minds. Which is why Pilates is such a great mindful movement practice!

- Yamuna Body Rolling Saturday Workshop - SAVE YOUR SPINE May 13th 10am-12pm In this workshop we'll focus on all things spine. How to create movement and space through the back by releasing through the core, ribs and neck. Sign up here.

- New Faces & New Classes K-Lea Gifford is our new Yoga teacher! She has taught in Durango for many years and is bringing her passion for Yoga to the Pilates Durango community. Try Gentle and Restorative Yoga on Sundays at 4:30pm, and Functional Stretch Class on Tuesdays at 4:30pm beginning in June.
