Spring is in the air and we are supper excited to tailor our classes to support and enhance all your Spring and Summer outdoor pursuits. We are ready for some family adventure hikes and camping, to put those running shoes on, to saddle up on our bikes, and pull out the baby joggers to enjoy the warm weather and beauty of our surrounding area.
Here's whats happening at Pilates Durango this month!
- Yamuna Body Rolling Workshop - April 8th 10am - 12pm. SAVE YOUR SHOULDERS. This workshop will focus on releasing the upper body. For most of us the shoulders can hold a great deal of tension and stress and the YBR method is a wonderful way to teach them to unwind and function properly. Sign up here!
- New REFORMER JUMP CLASS! Starting April 5th you now have another opportunity to get in some jumping during the week. WEDNESDAYS at 8:15 with Rhonda. Make sure you sign up, our Jump classes fill up quick!
