Ahhh spring feels like it's on the way and we are gearing up for all that Colorado has to offer in these warmer months. Hiking, cycling, climbing, rafting? Pilates is a great way to cross train and condition for these outdoor sports. Because Pilates is a full body system and looks to create balance and mechanical ease though the whole body there is no one who can't benefit from this system.

Mat classes are a simple way to introduce yourself to the Pilates method, or a fun way to challenge your workout if you tend to use the equipment more. Check out some early classes with Priscilla at 6:15am Wednesdays and Fridays, morning class with Rhonda on Wednesdays at 8:15am, evening class with Lori on Wednesdays at 5:15pm, or a beginning class with Marisa and Rhonda at 10:45am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
