FALL PRENATAL PILATES SERIES
Join our newest Pilates Durango instructor Hannah in a six week series for all you lovely expecting mamas! Pilates is a safe, fun way to stay in shape during pregnancy and can help better prepare you for labor, birth and postpartum recovery. Strengthening and stretching exercises will be taught on various Pilates equipment with lots of props and modification to make you comfortable. All levels and trimesters are welcome!

Mondays at 5:30pm at Pilates Durango
Cost for the full 6 week series is $120. Space is limited and registration is required.
